Installation records that support handover

A Record of Installation Activities (RIA) connects a doorset reference with its installation details, installer declaration and supporting evidence. It helps clients follow the documented work and organise the records supporting fire-door certification and handover. An RIA is an installation record, not a certificate in itself. The illustrative example below shows the relationship between a door on the plan and its RIA; live document attachment support is still being confirmed.

Approved clients can return to their assigned project information when reviewing the work, preparing for handover or raising a query. Access is controlled through email verification, owner approval and project assignment, so each account sees only the information it has permission to view.
